I had a triple spiral frature approx 1 " above the the elbow. Pinning and plating were not an option due to positioning of the fracture. Weights were placed into the elbow in order to draw the bone back into position. I started physio appox 10 weeks after the break and the arm functioned properly approx 20 weeks after the break.
