If the other movie was first, then the film could be called a copy. If it is a jokey version, then it is a parody. If it isn't identical, but lovingly copies elements, then it is a homage or tribute.

If made at the same time, then they could just be generic.

If one movie is like another you could say the movie is similar. If one movie is similar to another but makes fun of it can be called a satire.
