Not aware of any. One might argue a sort of very close friends- but not strictly speaking Live-In partnership could be found in Laverne and Shirley, that pun-intended, springs to mind. Show was set in circa 1959. Nothing of a Lesbian angle of attack would then be permitted on TV- and it is more logical to have two men as business partners, etc, for example, the Good Guys- one drove a vintage taxi (actually custom made for the show) the other was a restraunteur. This is an odd combo for situation comedies as these are cash-handling jobs- somehow they managed to keep that off-screen. ( Very few sitcoms were based on a restaurant for said reason.)

While (Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari) not being technically women, Bosom Buddies made an unusual twist of it.
