Not aware of any. One might argue a sort of very close friends- but not strictly speaking Live-In partnership could be found in Laverne and Shirley, that pun-intended, springs to mind. Show was set in circa 1959. Nothing of a Lesbian angle of attack would then be permitted on TV- and it is more logical to have two men as business partners, etc, for example, the Good Guys- one drove a vintage taxi (actually custom made for the show) the other was a restraunteur. This is an odd combo for situation comedies as these are cash-handling jobs- somehow they managed to keep that off-screen. ( Very few sitcoms were based on a restaurant for said reason.)
While (Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari) not being technically women, Bosom Buddies made an unusual twist of it.

The TV show The Odd Couple was based on Neil Simon's Broadway play of the same name. Garry Marshall was the man behind the series. Note of interest:Oscar's secretary Myrna was played by a pre-Laverne and Shirley Penny Marshall who was related to Gary Marshall.
