Well, her mother's name is Mrs. Haruno, of course, or possibly Miss Haruno. Only one time in the anime/manga series did we hear Mrs. Haruno speak to Sakura. She couldn't be pictured though, but there's Mrs. Haruno. She cares for Sakura very much, but doesn't show in the series much. What if she is an hidden nin who knows jutsus of Hokage level and hates Naruto, longing to kill him? That would be cool a bit. In fan fiction there is a story about Sakura and Gaara, and shows Sakura's father, hair green, and that is all, but he is much like a father in the fan series. Finally, we come down to Sakura's brother (fake). This is in the fan series when we read her little brother playing a gameboy (highly impossibe) and teasing her about her relationship to Naruto. That's all my information wrapped in a nutshell from the anime and fan series. Well, of course Sakura doesn't have a brother and father possibly isn't real, but her mother is as certain as real, so that's all I have. Yup that's right. And to cover it up, we don't know who or where is her dad or even if her parents divorced. You'd have to ask Masashi Kishimoto for the answers I guess.
