Slytherin House: The Bloody Baron Gryffindor: Nearly Headless Nick Hufflepuff: The Fat Friar Ravenclaw: The Grey Lady
Hufflepuff House is named after Helga Hufflepuff, one of the four Hogwarts founders. The other three were Salazar Slytherin, Godric Gryffindor, and Rowena Ravenclaw.
they live (if you get what I mean) on the same way they did they continue being house ghosts I think he means how did they die. The Bloody Baron killed the Grey Lady, and then was killed himself. Nearly Headless Nick died from execution. The Fat Friar ran away from her mother, Helena Hufflepuff, and died in the woods.
if you mean student it could have been Cedric Diggory,, teacher could be Professor Sprout,, ghost could be The Fat Friar,, but it could be anyone.
Harry Potter did not get out of Gryffindor, he was sorted into this house and was part of it until he left school. To enter and exit the Gryffindor common room, he went through the portrait of the Fat Lady. To enter he had to give her the correct password.
The friars I know about are all Catholic -- there are no protestant convents.
Being that he was only VERY breifly mentioned in the book, my guess would be no.
The ghost of the Slytherin house in Harry Potter is the Bloody Baron.
