It would depend on a few factors. First the four year old female would have to be suffering from precocious puberty--which is very, very rare at this age if not improbable, however in a day and age of BGH in milk, etc, puberty is occurring earlier and earlier. However, I would reason that this would be highly improbable.

As for the 11 year old, he could potentially have reached puberty and be producing enough testosterone for secondary sex characteristics as well as sperm motility.

Now lets call the issue to the forefront--why on earth is this even a concern unless improper sexual contact has been perpetuated?

Dear Poster:

If indeed you are said 11 y/o or perhaps a concerned person..or perhaps found an article on the web...let me make something very clear:

4 year olds cannot consent to sex. The damage inflicted on this young person will affect them for life, regardless if their memory is clear.

11 year olds may have desires to experiment but there are other avenues. Please consult someone you may trust. And get help if you have hurt someone else. It can stop but only if you reach out. If indeed you sexually assaulted a four year old, you need to know that it is wrong and it can never happen again. You may be afraid or ashamed but there is someone in your life you can trust--talk to them, a teacher, a coach or another mom. Be prepared--they will flip out but know it is because they care about you. If you can't reach out, please refrain from doing this again.

If you know someone who is hurting another person,do the right thing and stop it from happening. Intervene--call the police, talk to the parent, shoot an email--do something.
