What happens to Goku in the end of gt?

Goku defeats the dragon (cant remember his name) and then he fly's away with shenron because shenron believes the dragon balls were being over used and that they can always rely on them. Goku goes to train with shenron. At the end pans an elder women and Gokus an adult again, Goku jr and Vegeta jr are in there first World Martial Arts tournament, Pan see's Goku but when she gets to him hes alreay gone. He flew away on the Flying Nimbus with his power pull.

That's how GT ended

goku has a free wish, so he wishes everyone that got killed by the black star dragons back to life Then he reunites with his old friends Then he says goodbye to everybody, and he trains with shenron( the dragon) for the rest of his life then they show a forecoming of 100 years into the future pan is still alive, and a decendant of goku and a decendant of vegeta( which of both are super sayians) fight at the world tournament then after that they end it with a flash back of gokus important moments and adventures then they say the end

@above comment: you are almost right; DragonBall AF isn't canon (alright, nor is GT, but at least it was professionally done), it is purely fan made. But AF really is there; just look it up. You can even watch some episodes if you know Japanese (they aren't subbed).

Shenron took goku (in kid form) when pan (his granddaughter) was very young. 60 year's later goku and vegeta's great great grandsons were fighting in the world martial arts tournament and we see older pan and a vision of goku walking around as if he was still alive as the narrator said goku will be back when the universe needs him again.
