It's a long story, perhaps you should better read the book. Briefly, Regulus replaced it (in the cave where Harry and Dumbledore found the fake horcrux), told Kreacher to destroy it, but it couldn't be destroyed. The locket got stolen by Mundungus, later it was confiscated by Dolores Umbridge, who kept it for a while. Near the beginning of the seventh book, Harry and his friends must find a way to steal the locket from the ministry, which is now under the control of Lord Voldemort.
The fake locket Dumbledore died to obtain in Harry Potter & The Half-Blood Prince.

Nobody because Horcruxes don't exist and this particular Horcrux is mentioned in a parody of Harry Potter called; A Very Potter Musical.
I highly doubt it. Dementors are only mentioned once or twice in general in Deathly Hallows (the most memorable mention is during the Horcrux search when Harry couldn't conjure a Patronus because of Tom Riddle's Horcrux locket) so the chance they would be in the trailer is very small.
Yes, but it required a Parselmouth.
It is Slytherin's locket.
the part of voldemort in the locket tried to instigate ron not to kill the horcrux
He took the locket Horcrux from Voldemort.

Totally there are seven horcruxes. Horcrux No:1 - Tom Riddle's Diary (that came in the Harry Potter & the chamber of secrets) Horcrux No:2 - Gaunt ring (which came into Voldemort's possession when he stole it from Marvolo Gaunt) Horcrux No:3 - Slytherin's Locket (original was replaced by a fake one by Regulus Black) Horcrux No:4 - Helga Hufflepuff's cup Horcrux No:5 - Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem Horcrux No:6 - Part of voldemort's soul that was inside Harry Horcrux No:7 - Nagini (Voldemort's snake)
They are projections of Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. They appear in the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows chapter The Silver Doe when Harry opens the locket Horcrux for Ron Weasley to destroy. The Horcrux learned Ron's fears when he wore the locket and in an attempt to stop Ron destroying it projected these fears. In doing so he projected images of Harry and Hermione kissing but it was noted that they looked different. Harry called them Riddle-Harry and Riddle-Hermione because that is who created them.
It depends on the horcrux, are you talking about the one inside the Resurrection stone or harry himself. There is also nagini the real locket. You have to be specific
