Voldemort made seven Horcruxes. Harry destroyed one in his second year and Dumbledore destroyed one just before his sixth year which left five Horcruxes to destroy (although he only thought there was four). In the end, every Horcrux was destroyed by different people (Harry, Dumbledore, Ron, Hermione, Crabbe, Voldemort, Neville)

Harry,Ron,Hermione,Nevile,and Voldemort destroy the Horcruxes though Voldemort did so un-intentionally by killing harry. but, its more complex. All horcruxes are things. so the horcrux within the object is destroyed, but the object itself isn't.

Through a variety of things. The actual real slytherins locket is at REGULUS BLACK's or his godfather sirius' house. The Hufflepuff cup is found in a bank in gringotts quite invigorating scene in the book. 2 are already destroyed the book and the ring. The Tiara of Rowena Ravenclaw is found in the room of requirement. And Nagini, voldermorts snake can be found by voldermort himself.
