Remus Lupin's patronus is a wolf, a regular wolf not a werewolf. He rarely cast a corporeal patronus, preferring instead just to produce a wisp of smoke, as he felt it gave too much away about him.

Her Patronus takes the form of a rabbit (a hare, actually, I think), but we don't find this out until the last book (Book 7). It's not in the 5th book, or the 5th movie.

Lord Voldemort and his death eaters are unable to produce a corporeal patronus. J.K. Rowling stated that this is because they were working with the Dementors and would have no need of one.
