They kiss in the final chapter of the light novel No Kaname and Sousuke never kiss in the anime. Sousuke was to much of an idiot and never realised how Kaname felt. And he never told her his feelings. Actually, Kaname kissed Sousuke in the manga. That was when he took her out to his secret fishing spot. Somewhere in chapter 58 I think. =] Alssooo ::SPOILERR:: When Kaname was kidnapped by Leonard and Sousuke looks for her [foreverrr] she manages to talk to him through the radio and they confess to each other that they love each other, he promises her [after she tells him that her first kiss was stolen from Leonard] that the first moment they are reunited, they'll kiss. That is in Full Metal Panic!
