They kiss in the final chapter of the light novel
No Kaname and Sousuke never kiss in the anime. Sousuke was to much of an idiot and never realised how Kaname felt. And he never told her his feelings.
Actually, Kaname kissed Sousuke in the manga. That was when he took her out to his secret fishing spot. Somewhere in chapter 58 I think. =]

When Kaname was kidnapped by Leonard and Sousuke looks for her [foreverrr] she manages to talk to him through the radio and they confess to each other that they love each other, he promises her [after she tells him that her first kiss was stolen from Leonard] that the first moment they are reunited, they'll kiss. That is in Full Metal Panic! Come Make My Day, but that as far as I know isn't out yet and idk when theyre gonna make it an anime series...sooo hopefully it wont be long but theres a season or 2 before come make my day happens.

Yes, in the anime it is evident that Sousuke loves Kaname a lot. Probably the most he's ever loved someone before. For example, (this isn't shown in the anime), but on Christmas, Sousuke gives Kaname a present... saying that she was the closest thing he has to family.
Sousuke does admit in the light novel (Come Make My Day volume 8) that he loves her... and yes I'm serious, he actually says "I love you." There is a lot of romance in the later light novels... Starting from book six and on.
Oh! and if you were planning on continuing the story after the anime FMP the second raid you can read Full Metal Panic Sigma on mangafox starting around ch. 10.. that's where the anime leaves off... However, the manga only has 39 chs. out right now, but the story continues after the manga in ch. 4 of the light novel called Come Make My Day. There are 3 more books after this one.
Anyway is obvious that they will end up together in the generic and they love each other.And i can't await after they finish the manga to start up making the anime.
