∙ 9y agoThis happened in episode 11 of the original Naruto series. The name of the episode was The Land Where a Hero Once Lived. Sakura and Kakashi were there, and both chastised Naruto and Sasuke because they were throwing up. This equaled chapter 19 in the manga series. It was part of the Land of Waves arc.

It's no worse for you than eating it cooked. Ramen is actually pre-cooked before it's put in the package, which is why it softens so quickly when you microwave it. Dry ramen noodles are used for some recipes, usually as salad garnish. Actually, there's no harm in eating dry pasta of any kind--except maybe for the possibility of breaking your teeth on it. Ramen is basically starch and fat--not very nutrient-dense, in the same category as French fries. It's one of those foods you don't want to live on--but there's no harm in eating it once in a while.

Is instant ramen poisonious?
If consume extremely large amounts like Naruto, yes. But don't copy what he does, he's a cartoon! I don't recommend having instant ramen every day because it has lots and lots and lots of sodium in it. It's your choice! After eating ramen for lunch @ school I had to go the doctor! Not recomended.
