no why would he after his death sasuke finally figured out why itachi killed him self by the way he couldn't cause his body was eliminated with no ash in 30 seconds and itachi killed himself cause he new that he needed to protect sasuke and he new that he did not have inuf time to kill sasuke so he had to kill himself before the ninja war happens again and so he gives all his powers to saskue and stayed beside him as a spirit

Does orochimaru die in Naruto Shippuden?
Yes, Orochimaru does die. When Orochimaru tries to hold Sasuke in one place so Orochimaru can inhabit Sasuke's body and control the Sharingan he possesses, Sasuke uses the Sharingan against him and kills Orochimaru, all before his assistant comes back after he left to take care of some business.
What happens to Itachi Uchiha?
He gets killed by Sasuke but he does it on purpose because he loves Sasuke, and he wanted to give him his sharigan, but Sasuke didn't know :-(. Actually Sasuke doesn't kill him at all (At the end Sasuke is back up against the wall and can't attack against Itachi cause of Sushano'o and he could have taken his eyes to gain eternal Mangekyo and become immortal and, save himself from sickness he had. (At the last fight he almost got heart attack and took medicine to longer his life) And that sickness + own use of a Mangekyo + restrain of his body (Giving Sasuke his Mangekyo was the last thing his body could take.) My guess is that its briefer to Madara Uchiha who in almost the same situation took his baby brothers eyes and gain getaway from his cruel fate by killing his brother but Itachi chose to die himself.
What episode does gin die?
Gin supposebly dies in manga chapter 416, but is then seen in chapter 417 where he resolves to let ichigo take care of aizen after seeing the newborn courage and strength in his eyes. Assuming 1 episode = 3 chapters, Gin will die in episode 305.
