Will Sasuke take itachi's eyes

The real reason that Itachi Uchiha wanted his brother alive was so that when he awakened his Mangeyko Sharingan, he could kill his brother for his eyes. In book number 42 of the shippuuden series, Itachi tells Sasuke about Madara Uchiha having taken his own younger brothers eyes after he lost sight from using his own too much. Because Itachi's sight has already deterioated, he had planned on taking his brothers eyes to have an everlasting Mangeyko Sharingan. Naku the Dragon

Negative. After Sasuke killed Danzou his Sharingan was gettin weak and blurry. After he met Naruto he could hardly see him. He left with Madara and Sasuke DEMANDED Itachis eyes so he can kill Naruto.

Itachi doesn't want Naruto, it's the bijuu or the Nine Tails he wants. He's part of Akatsuki and the Akatsuki only want to gather the bijuu's meaning taking jinchuurikis like Naruto and Gaara and combing them to make the ultimate 10 tails, juubi.

That's almost like asking why Sakura's hair is pink or why Choji is so >_> fat... but I think it's because of the strain on his eyes but he's had those lines since he left the village. Plus, his father had them, so its probably just a facial trait that has been passed down to him.

^^ Well, actually, the lines on Itachi's face are because of stress. When he was a kid, they weren't as long and deep. As he got older and killed his family, and had to worry about Sasuke, they got longer and deeper.

Yes but not orignally. Itachi pretented that he wanted Sasuke's eyes so he can have eternal Mankegyou(sorry about spelling) sharingan. Later after Sasuke kills Dazou, his vision becomes blurry and he asks Madara if he could have Itachi's eyes.
