When the first fire that boys lit, on the mountain top, got out of control and spread to a pocket of trees partway down the mountain, Piggy noticed that the littlun with the birthmark on his face was missing. He was never seen again, so he was presumably killed by either the fire or by smoke from the fire.
The littluns see the Beastie as an animal, obviously, but also as adanger They have not yet reached Simon'sintellectto know what it actually is, but they see it as a huge sea monster that will eat them in their sleep. They also think that it is large and heavy.
We do not ever find out what happened to him. All we know is that the boys think he must of fallen in the fire as it went down the hill.

In The Lord of the Flies Simon cares for and gets along well with the Littluns. He takes the time to care for the Littluns.
The biggest littlun in "Lord of the Flies" is Percival Wemys Madison. He is described as one of the older boys among the littluns, but still smaller than the older boys in the group. Percival is often seen crying and struggling to cope with his fear and anxiety on the island.

The littlun Phil held the conch and spoke quite confidently about seeing something 'big and horrid' moving among the trees. The littlun Percival burst into tears and eventually Piggy and then Jack had to relate aloud to the rest of the boys what he was saying.
The first littlun goes missing in Chapter 2 of "Lord of the Flies." His disappearance foreshadows the darker events to come on the island.
The first boy who appears after the conch is blown is "Johnny". From description, he appears to be one of the littlun's.
