What does jabba the hutt eat?

Jabba kept many slaves in his 600 year life and treated them all the same. He saw the girls he kept in his harem as little more than playthings for his amusement to be thrown away when he grew tired of them. Most were locked in the harem only allowed out to come and please Jabba and his guests but a few were selected as Jabba's "favorites." These women were exceptionally beautiful, talented, or had some other importance that attracted them to Jabba. Jabba leashed these girls to his throne as his personal slaves where they fed him, washed him, danced for him, and provided many other forms of entertainment to ease the dullness of Jabba's palace as well as flaunt his power and control. These favorites never lasted long even compared to the already short life-span of Jabba's other slaves, as they endured most of the hutt crime lords perversions and abuse. When fickle he would often send his pets to the rancor pit to liven things up on a particularly dull day.

It never mentions what he fed Leia specifically but in some other official Star Wars sites and books, it is stated that he fed his slave girls very little giving them only scraps when they pleased him or when he suspected the food of poison.
