As far as I've seen, Jax & Opie are the only members of SAMCRO who sport the "Men of Mayhem" patch. Best I can figure is that the "Men of Mayhem" are members who are direct descendants of the "Original 9." Jax through his birth father and Opie through Piney.
Men of Mayhem has meaning on Sons of Anarchy. On this show it means that one has killed on behalf of the club. In the real world, a MC has a personal definition and will say how to earn such a patch. Patches and Rockers are serious things and shouldn't be taken lightly. I have seen people hassled for wearing the knock off sons stuff that has your home town. SO I hope that answers your question. No one should fly that patch unless they understand it could cause a problem. If they do best of luck....
S04E07 .. Juice got it too (;
Clay: You know, most days this life is just
riding around, getting sh*t done.
Some days it's more than that.
Some days we ask our guys to
do sh*t very few men could do.
That's what this means.

Acham (Fear / Timidity) :Acham does not mean the sense of emotion when one feels during fear rather it means being alert taking into consideration the fear of strangers, unrelated men, offending others and others.Nanam (Coyness / Shy):Coyness in intimate settings, shyness which is the shyness which women posses.Madam (Innocence) :Innocence, as few say does not mean stupidity, but completely believing the man who marries her. This do not only apply to women, but also do apply for men.Payirpu (Aversion) :Aversion towards other men. This does not mean that you should not talk with other men
if by "do men wear the pants in the relationship" you mean "should males be the dominating one" then yes, they should be. some females may come on as supposed "feminist" and be like "men and women equally" but no female wants a pathetic excuse of a man, as in them being scared all the time or them listening to the female all the time. it looks wrong, on my behalf.
