Improvisation
The word actually starts with Im. Improvise.
Call and response is common not only in Samba music but in many forms of jazz and even popular music. It is when an instrumentalist or singer will play a phrase, and either another member of the band or the audience will repeat that phrase back or at least a variation of the phrase. Check out Cab Calloway's "Minnie the Moocher" from The Blues Brothers Soundtrack and watch his interaction with the audience. Though this isn't Samba music, it's the same idea for call and response. For some call and response where two musicians go back and forth, but vary their responses, check out Béla Fleck and the Flecktones: Live at the Quick. The song "Big Country" has some fantastic call and response between Victor Wooten on bass and Jeff Coffin on sax.

improvisation
Improvisation is when you make it up as you go along, however it doesn't mean that you don't have to practise. You just don't have a script.
Spontaneous improvisation is making something interesting up on the spot.
The blind spot as you call it. Is generally cured by proper set up of your mirrors and also adding small covex mirrors externally.
Improv is short for improvised meaning made up on the spot. In music (typically jazz), an improv is a solo that is not written in the music. In comedy, improv is when a comedian comes up with things as they go.
Improvisation, it is creating it on the spot so that ideas flow and you can use more. Just doing it there and then with NOrehearsals before!
Improvisation is the act of creating music spontaneously without prior preparation. In music, improvisation allows musicians to express themselves creatively by making up melodies, harmonies, and rhythms on the spot. It is a key element in jazz, blues, and other genres where musicians often improvise solos or sections of a piece during performances.

Well you can take a hike Or ride your mountain bike Pick up some extra friends along the way A (mo)squiter or a tick You gotta catch em' quick Or they'll be moving in on you to stay They kept me up at night Covered me with bites They drown me in a sea of calamine Well you can touch my wrist Or kiss my fingertips But if you wanna be a gal o' mine, (Well) Don't touch that spot, that itchy twitchy spot That spot that's swelling up and turning red Cause if you touch that spot that itchy twitchy spot I just might scratch myself to death Well you can call me James Or call me Billy Ray Just don't call your friends and tell on me Cause I get so ashamed When i get this inflamed Just tell em I'm swelling baby please Don't touch that spot, that itchy twitchy spot The spot that's swelling up and turning red Cause if you touch that spot that itchy twitchy spot I just might scratch myself to death
