∙ 12y agoThey make her look pretty, beautiful, breath-taking. They do this so when she is seen in public (besides in district 12) she doesn't really look anything like herself when she is described as a 16 year old girl (1st book), olive skin coloring, grayish blue eyes, long brown/black hair
