"Crossbreed" is not part of the Twilight Saga created by Stephenie Meyer. It is a fan fiction story about the future of Jacob and Renesmee, the daughter of Bella and Edward. There is a fan-created movie trailer for it as well. Their story was left open-ended in the books, and Stephenie Meyer has said that she could go back and write about them some day.
"Also, despite some really tasteful Fool's Day pranks on-line, I want to assure you that I am in excellent health, thank you very much. Also, I have no current plans to write any scripts, sequels, or collaborations, nor have I been to any conventions this year."--Stephenie Meyer's website, stepheniemeyer.com (April 1, 2009)That means that, as of this time, Stephenie Meyer still has no plans or decisions to continue writing Midnight Sun.
If you go to her website there is a page her brother wrote. It is about how he made the site. If you continue to read this page you will read that Stephanie does not have a fan mail address because she is to busy "writting", "reviewing books", ect. there for she does not have time for thousands of fan mail a day.
Most of the Fred Meyer stores in the continental U.S. are open from 7 am to 11 pm seven days a week with the exception of Thanksgiving day when the stores close at 4 pm and on Christmas Eve when they close at 6 pm. The only day Fred Meyer is closed completely is for Christmas Day. Some of the stores also have fuel centers which are open an hour before the regular store hours. As far as I am aware no Fred Meyer store is open 24 hours a day.
Stephenie dreamt of the "meadow" scene and began writing the next day. You can read her account of how it happened on www.stepheniemeyer.com.
