Family Channel is one channel like Teletoon is one channel. Disney Channel is the company's who made Family Channel. They also made ABC Kids. Also, to my understanding, Family channel is owned by Astral Media, and is the Canadian version of Disney Channel, and Family Channel makes some of their own shows, while some are from Disney Channel.

The newly named channel, the CW, used to be called the WB. It is on the same channel as the WGN news. In Chicago, that would be channel 9. In Florida it would be channel 6. and in Colorado it is on channel 26.

Channel 16. Marine channel 16 is the international calling and distress channel. Whilst marine radio has limited range, the coastguard of every country monitors channel 16 in their coastal waters 24 hours a day - 365 days a year. Additionally, anyone using a boat fitted with a VHF radio is expected to monitor channel 26 if they're not using the radio themselves.

That depends on what type of handheld radio you're using. They do make handheld CB radios. They have both 40 channel handhelds, and single channel handhelds (some of which may actually be three channel with the purchase of additional radio crystals). The single channel handhelds typically use Channel 14 as a default. FM radios, such as those used in FMRS, GMRS, Business Radio, emergency services, etc. do not use the same frequencies as CB radios, and cannot communicate with them.
