Probably every white one, born between 1940 (or earlier) and 1970, at least. Most men were circumcised as infants, but it has become more of a "choice" thing for the parent(s) when the child is born, in the past 30 to 40 years, rather than the automatic course of action for hospital births that it was in the early/mid 20th Century. One of the reasons circumcision became popularized was the high incidence of yeast infection in soldiers during WW1.
