This is not possible since when you access any online data (movie or a website page) it must be downloaded to you computer. When a video is streamed to your computer it still downloads the video's data to your computer even if it is not seen as a single file like a standard file download. To access anything online without downloading it would be like trying to see a photo without using your eyes.

I don't think there are any websites...I've tried browsing numerous times. But Netflix is 8$ a month, plus one month free trial, so you could make a new email address every month. Or if you download Utorrent you can watch unlimited movies for free, but its illegal.
