spencers is that she is kisses wren and Ian who were both melissas boyfriends at the time. and she steals melissas paper. emilys is that she is a lesbian and that's pretty much her only secret. arias is that she kissed and kindof dated ezra who was also her English teacher. and hannahs is that she was beluimic and she shoplifted.
Emily's secret is that she's gay and has a relationship with Maya, the new neighbor. Spencer's secret is that back in 7th grade, she kissed her older sisters' then-boyfriend Ian (who later comes up in the books and the show as a main character). Spencer's secrets also spiral more out of control when she steals an essay she ends up winning a major prize for and kissing her sister's boyfriend (again, different boyfriend). Hanna's secret is that back in 7th grade when Ali was still alive, Ali found her binging (making herself throw up) because she thought she was too fat. Hanna's other secrets are that she shoplifted from many stores and wrecked her boyfriends car. Aria's secret is that she and Ali saw her dad cheating on her mom with one of his students (he's a professor).

Aria - Having affairs with her Lit. teacher after they made out in a bathroom where they had met before. But none of the girls knew except for Allison and now A! Also, when Alison was here her and Aria walked in on her Dad kissing someone else, and gets blackmailed by A to tell her mom for the incident that happened along time ago. Later A writes a letter to Aria's mom saying about her cheating husband and how her daughter always knew!

Spencer - She secretly likes her sisters fiance and only Allison knew and now A. She then gets a e-mail from A saying that if she kissed the guy that she would tell. They do kiss and the sister, Melissa, sees! Then stays home when family goes on a trip and she kisses the boy again after the wedding is called off!

Emily - She is a secret lesbian. I guess she was with Allison but then when the new girl, Maya, moves into Alison's house she kisses her and gets blackmailed by A saying that she found someone new to kiss. She gets a picture taken with Maya of her kissing her and then is taken. I have a feeling it was A... Then found in her class book later!

Hanna - She shoplifts a pair of sun glasses because she thinks that her father will come back after he left her family. Then her mom has to have affairs and pretend that she is in a relationship with the police officer, but he over hears her telling this to her daughter (Hanna). Later Hanna crashes Sean's car because he refuses to have sex with her and says shes acting desperate. Then her mom calls her dad to clear the damages and she thinks its him coming back.
