I have never seen Se7en, but probably not. It apparently features grisly murders, heavy profanity and disturbing and upsetting themes.

This isn't definitive of course, nobody can say yes and nobody can say no besides the child's parents and guardians. Some 12 year old children can handle this film fine and most will find it deeply unnerving and unwatchable.

NO.

"Se7en" (1995) is rated 'R' for grisly afterviews of horrific and bizarre killings and for strong language.
