Seth can take and give powers from people, and animals (the ultimate dealer). Rudy can split into three identical people (1 being normal Rudy, 2 a more emotional, sensitive Rudy, and 3 a criminal, psycho Rudy who is actually in jail but is in the 3rd episode in season 4).
