First, it's a very nice area, one of the richest areas in the counrty (think its ranked 4th). Second and most important was his children. His wife Patti cherished family life and it is removed from fast paced big cities and has excellent schools for their children. It must have worked, they have been married over 25 years. That is an acchomplishment in itself and even greater when you consider the area of entertainment industry.
