The name of the song is History, sang by Mai Tai. Sounds like an 80s song but it was actually made in 92.

Mostly a bunch of shows from the 80s and 90s. 'Alf', 'Growing Pains', 'Family Matters', 'Step by Step', 'Friends', the 90s X-Men animated series, 'Teanage Mutant Ninja Turtles', and much more. Classic TV was great for theme songs. After the 90s, shows started using more popular music, shortening the theme song, or dropping it all together. These days I can't think of any show with a theme song besides maybe the recent 'Big Bang Theory,' which my wife sure loved to sing everytime it was on.

A "Vintage 80s" theme could be a fun and nostalgic option for a 40-year-old's birthday party. Guests can dress up in 80s attire, listen to classic 80s music, and enjoy retro decorations and foods from that era. It's a great way to celebrate this milestone birthday with a dash of nostalgia and fun.
