SteveThroughout the One Piece manga and anime, characters such as Zoro have made comments about Sanji as being a perv, or the lovely cook.
If memory serves, i remember Sanji telling Nami he loves her quite reguarly throughout the story, however he does proclaim his love and flirt with every other good looking female character that he encounters, which leads back to Zoro's comments.
Briefly, I think Edo's character of Sanji is just in love with all women generally...
But then again, the series hasn't finished yet, so anything could happen...

In what episode do Luffy and Nami kiss?
well nami and luffy never kissed so but the creator of one piece oda would like to add romance at the end of one piece when luffy becomes the pirate king nami will love him and not just because his berries cause she loves him >.< but i want to see them kiss---No not exactly will it be Nami u kno? Theres always the chance of Boa Hancock kissing luffy which will can obviously can be totally telled by watching and maybe even Luffy might show feelings for Boa but maybe also for Margaret on the Maiden Islandno
DO nami and luffy ever kiss?
Luffy probably won't kiss Nami, but Nami could potentially kiss Luffy (if that makes any sense). This is because if Nami finds out that one of the Warlords of the sea loves Luffy, Nami may just want to start pushing buttons.
Does usopp like nami?
NO. They do not like each other, in fact they don't really get along. But, it is kind of weird, they spend a large amount of time together, and when Sanji Started flirting with Nami, Zoro started to get pissed.
Will Luffy and Nami get together?
Oda, the creator of One Piece had claimed that it is more of a thriller/fighting category in the show and romance would slow it down if there was too much love going on. His concern was that fans would find the show dragging along and not getting to the actual point in the script. I do think it's fair though that they add romance along with the other categories that One Piece has which are comedy, action, thriller, violence, and partially musical. Comedy timing goes very well in the show and that's what makes it enjoyable. If romance was included, from what I think, it would take up more of the time that is used. Many fans want there to be romance in One Piece, especially between Luffy and Nami, as there are many fanfiction stories, pictures of them getting married. That could be a possibility no doubt, but not until the very end when Luffy actually becomes the Pirate King. Luffy and Nami do have a strong bond but for other occassions, Luffy wants to act heroic and act like a captain. It isn't happening at the moment, but Oda did have in mind that probably near the end of the series, Luffy and Nami will get together.
