NO. They do not like each other, in fact they don't really get along. But, it is kind of weird, they spend a large amount of time together, and when Sanji Started flirting with Nami, Zoro started to get pissed.

Ussop really does love nami. Think of the obvious reason why. He is always around nami when the crew is out, and that should be enough proof.

Another thing is because what ever nami ASKS ussop to do. He does his best to do it. Watch the show and pay a little more attention to it. You'll see ;).
