If you are referring to the song that starts off with "we are supposed to sing this song. etc", then, yes it is.
The lyrics have been fabricated to fit the tune, the tune is Minuet by Johan Sebastian Bach.

I was looking for the answer as well and found your question. As there are no other answers, I thought I would pass along what I found in another Q/A thread. The answer I found is that minuets tend to sit between 66 and 80 bpm in 3/4 time. Hope that helps!
A tonic is the root note of a musical piece. This note is what names the key that the song is in. So, if a minuet is written in the key of G, it's tonic note is G and its tonic chord is G major.
Simple ignorance, I guess. There's no real reason. But you're right, a song is the name of a piece with lyrics.
no.
Specify "what song". Because there are many kinds of classical pieces, each with its own musical integrity and style, courtesy of the composer. To what song are you referring to? Perhaps if you post a link I can answer this question for you. In the meantime, Google "classical music" and see if your song is listed. Many classical pieces sound familiar to many people and many classical pieces are quite famous. Hope this helps.
