It's a hard question to answer, but lets say what we know. In terms of pure size Lita (Amy Dumas) is around 5'6/5'7 while Trish is 5'3/5'4 and Lita is around 135 pounds while Trish is 125 pounds. So size advantage to Lita.

Trish was a body fitness competitor, while Lita currently does Kettle Bells instruction and has done Judo. Both were wrestlers. So both have a history of being in industries that would mean they are both strong.

Trish Stratus is on video losing an arm Wrestling match to one of the hosts on the Covino & Rich Show. Lita is reported to have been challenged by a couple of fans at conventions to an arm wrestling match and won each time.

If you compare bicep poses Lita usually appears to be have bigger arms, especially now days. It was stated in an interview around the time Lita left wwe she could bench press 200 pounds.

Based on all that my guess is that Lita is stronger. But the only way to tell for sure is if they had an arm wrestling contest or something.
