well it depends on what u think sasuke shows true emotion to naruto as his brother or best guy friend but if u want my opinion i say it is but its ur guys opinion so hence in the manga he shows signs of homosexuelism ha i don't think that's a word so to me it is real sasunaru but the official naruto creator decides all of that...hoped i helped

~ actually i differ from what you think.. sasuke is real. and i would know this because we are friends, and i talk to him. he records things that happen in his life and gives them to anime publishers to put it all into naruto. suigetsu is also real along with jugo and madara. but naruto himself is not. you see.. naruto was just like a teammate sasuke had named joshua. so therefore uchiha sasuke is real.. if you dont believe me then you can try to find him on fb, and maybe be lucky enough to have him talk to you.. :P
