After college, director George Hill had him work on the film called 'Hawaii'. Bobby had a small role in it. He began working behind the camera with George Hill, starting out as production assistant and then as co-producer on such films as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Sting, The World According to Garp, and many others. He has also written screenplays. Currently, Bobby works at Warner Brothers Studios and enjoys a private life with his wife and two dogs.
