Yes. the punisher is a good guy. The adult-comic book ( sometimes called Graphic Novels) character goes about in costume using all manner of weapons and taking the law in his own hands- Saint Paul warns us: recompense ( re-compensation, pay bacK) to NO MAN, Evil for Evil! in other words, two wrongs do not make a right. If a murder suspect is found guilty and executed by Capital Punishment, that is within the legal protocols- Lynching and vest-pocket assasination is out of the question. N"uff said, as Sergeant Fury would sign off.
if he fight criminals And save People. so he is superhero.

Punisher is a Hero.
-It almost depends. Some heroes, such as Captain America, consider Punisher to be a bit to ruthless, crazy, and murderous. At one point Captain America beats Punisher nearly senseless after he murders two former villains seeking Captain America's help.
Both actually. He's good that his protecting the innocent of New York, bad that he is protecting it my using Lethal Force.
It was The Punisher starring Tom Jane and John Travolta.

Nagato was considered a bad guy at first, but changed to a good guy before he died.

You will find that modern era demands he win. Since the modern world has abandoned the love of Tragedies that Shakespeare specialized in, they demand the good guy always wins. People would hate movies if the good guy lost in the end. I disagree with this and would like to see more movies where the good guy lost, or at least died. However, it is becoming more common that the good guy dies, but not necessarily loses. But the reason is that the majority of people wouldn't like it. The good guy doesn't always win for there is no good guy. Just do a paradigm shift and you'll see different sides of the story. Such as Robin Hood for example. To some people he might be the bad guy because he stills, yet to others he is the good guy for giving to the poor.
