In the books, there is. There are three, actually.

One is when Harry ends up in Limbo. He's naked for a while, until he wishes for clothing. The "room" provides it for him.

The second is only partly nudity. It's when Harry prepares to flee from Privet Drive. A few of his friends take Polyjuice Potion to look like Harry and they change clothing in front of him.

And the final one is when Harry has to jump in the freezing pond to retrieve the sword of Godric Gryffindor to destroy Salzar Slytherin's locket( one of the seven of Lord Voldemort's horcruxes). He has to enter the pond in only his underwear.

The director of the movies has said that Daniel will appear naked in the seventh movie, but it's rumored it was meant like a joke.

There was a scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallowsbook, in which Harry dove into the water in the woods. He was not nude, but he had stripped down to his underwear.

The movie has already been reviewed and rated by the rating board, and they reported that this is also how it occurs in the movie. Nudity was not marked as a reason for the 13 and up rating.

Yes. In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry takes a bath in the Prefect's Bathroom, and Moaning Myrtle is (awkwardly) present. Yes. In Part One he is only wearing his underwear when he dives into the lake. Later in that scene "Riddle-Harry" and "Riddle-Hermione" are naked when they are tormenting Ron, but you only see his chest while they kiss each other.
