No, by most definitions Batista would not be considered Hispanic. Basically, he's half Philipino and half Greek. Greeks aren't Hispanics, so that part is easy. The Philipino part is slightly trickier. Most people don't consider Philipino's Hispanic, although their culture does contain certain features inherited from their one-time Spanish colonizers (Catholicism, Spanish names, a few Spanish words here and there in their native tongue of Tagalog.) In short, no, David Batista is not Hispanic.
