He was convicted in February of 2013 and sentenced in July..I belive of that year for 9 months, no room for naything else as he was declared a vexartious litigant in the State of California in 2008 and so has no legal representastion that wants to be near him. His list of accusations and slander and libel against dozens of people is so long even after he is released he probably will not be allowed near any social media for years with the probable terms of his probation. In other words he is probably best going to head to Brazil with his journalist wife, or retreat back to Canada. "He has even posted a website "Deport Coyote Shivers" to make a move like this appear as further persecution from his ex Pauley and her "master plan" to "Star Crazy" him. Just read the articles it was a patently bizaree accusation. As far as staying in the US his career is through, his reputation is thouroughly finished.
