I can't give specific company names, because none are specified, but I can give a list of the general idea of what the weapons are... Semi-automatic handguns (Seen throughout, it's what Stewie kills Cleveland with) .44 Magnum Revolver (Seen at the end, it's what Peter kills Stewie with) Frag grenades (Lois brings these to the White House, but Stewie pulls their pins) Daggers (if you are unsure what a dagger is, they're the short swords Lois and Stewie fight with) Single barrel shotguns (Go ahead, Lois! Shoot me! Shoot your little baby, Stewie!) 6-Barrel Gattling gun (The huge machine gun with 6 spinning barrels) Flamethrower ('nuff said)
The episode is called Not All Dogs Go to Heaven (Season 7, episode 11 if you need to know.)
Season 9|Episode 17 Road to the North Pole
Saving Private Brian.
By "IT", I assume you're referring to the ending of 'Not All Dogs Go To Heaven'. As for why does it end that way... well... because it's funny. That ending was originally a cutaway in Stewie Kills Lois but was cut from that episode.
Road to Rhode Island
