No one becomes alice. Kirakishou traps them in a picture(I think). Suigintou, Suiseiseki, Souseiseki, Shinku trapped, and Hinaichigo already died. So it leaves Kanaria and Kirakishou, but the manga ends without saying who becomes alice.

There will probably not be a fourth season, as Rozen Maiden Overture was only an OVA made by Peach- Pit.
Rozen Maiden is a manga and anime, made by Peach- Pit. There are three seasons of the anime- Rozen Maiden, Rozen Maiden Traumend, and Rozen Maiden Overture. The manga consists of two parts- Rozen Maiden and the Tales. Rozen Maiden is about a doll named Shinku who is a Rozen Maiden doll. There are seven dolls of Rozen Maiden. These dolls are made by Rozen. The dolls are 'so well made, they appear to be alive...' The story starts off when a middle school child named Jun, (Sakurada Jun) who is basically a social outcast who spends his days ordering things online, receives a letter asking him, 'To wind' or 'Not to wind'. Jun chooses, 'To wind' and it begins. Shinku comes to his home is a case, and Rozen Maiden begins. The anime and manga differs from each other, though... Rozen Maiden Overture was a special OVA made by Peach- Pit.
Rozen, the dollmaker they call "Father"
I've heard of life sized dolls, but I doubt The Rozen Maiden dolls actually come in those sizes.
There is technically no "season 3." However, the second season is followed by a two-episode OVA titled Rozen Maiden Ouvertüre. Currently this is only available on DVD. Sentai Filmworks included the special in the latest edition of the Rozen Maiden series boxset (dubbed and subbed). It is also available on a stand-alone DVD.
