you talk to grandpa in springfield elementary playground to star the mission. you need to drive to the power plant parking lot. when you have just started, you have to race a black sedan which is the aliens car, to the parking lot. once there, pick up the nuclear waste. drive back to the school. when you are near the school, you have to avoid the aliens car again. then drive into the tractor beam in the playground and get out before the car explodes.
