Do you mean Jeremy Sumpter, the actor, or in the book? There is a sequel to Peter Pan, called Peter Pan in Scarlet written by J. M. Barrie's son.

EDIT: The sequel, Peter Pan in Scarlet was not written by JM Barrie's son - he didn't have a son. It was a competition run by Great Ormond Street Hospital at the time of Barrie's copyright running out, and was won by Geraldine McCaughrean who then write the book.

In answer to the question: Peter Pan doesn't have a brother who appears as a character, but when asked why he didn't go home in Peter Pan and Wendy, he says he did, but the window was closed and there was another boy in his bed. Which implies his parents had another son, meaning he would have a brother, yes. However, it's not 100% as his parents could have moved and the boy could have been another child altogether, or he could have gone to the wrong house. This is the only reference in the book to any possible siblings, though.
