Bella might stay and if she does she will probably loose her powers because They said in season 2 That it's not right with four when Charlotte was a mermaid. either that or Emma will loose her powers. I think Emma Claire Holt is a way better actress than Bella Indiana Evans. I think in one of the shows Emma Appears as a surprise guest. But I really am not 150% sure.
