No one knows for sure.

I'm going to guess that Princeton is 5'6 because in the My Girl Remix a year ago, he was next to Ciara & she's 5'8 and he looked about 4 inches shorter than her, but since then he's grown.

Roc Royal is probably around 5'5 because he's shorter than Princeton.

Prodigy is probably around 5'4-5'5 because he's about the same height as Roc.

Ray Ray is the shortest. He's probably no more than 5'4.
