Jiraiya dies from his old student Pein in Shippuden, shortly after sending a message to Konoha resulting in the defeat of Pein by Jiraiya's other student, Naruto.
Jiraiya kniws naruto but not really in his family no.
I may be possible. Why? Because Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto, based Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru off of a tale called The Tale of the Gallant Jiraiya. In that tale, the character Jiraiya is married to a woman called Tsunade. Orochimaru is Jiraiya's enemy, and attacks the couple. So, it may be possible that Jiraiya and Tsunade like each other in a maritial way.
yes
Fukasaku is a small frog in Naruto Shipuuden who trained Jiraiya in the art of Sage techniques. After Jiraiya's death, Fukasaku appeared in Konoha to show them a code that Jiraiya left at the back of Fukasaku. While Shikamaru and the others are trying to decode the code, Naruto left with Fukasaku to be trained in how Jiraiya was trained.
