Aro is over a thousand years old, but his specific age is about 1000-1006. It's most probable that he was one of the first vampires, due to the lack of much civilization at this time period. His natal country was most likely Italy; during this time, their was the Etruscan Age and the Copper & Bronze Ages. His wife is Sulpicia.
Marcus was born in 1000 B.C. It's unknown when his wife, Didyme (had the power of making other's happy) died, but we do know Marcus lost her to Aro's cruelty hundreds of years ago. Her death caused him to have the apathetic state we know him by. He's from Italy.
