How old do you have to be to race at top karting?

it depends on your height.you have to be like 4 foot 7 inches.that`s how tall i am and i ride a go-kart myself.(I wear a helmet.it`s the law.)i think the thing is 10+ and you have to be atleast 4'7"(4 foot 7 inches)

Depends in what country your in. If in Australia around 15 to 16in pa you can start driving a go-kart when u r 4you can drive a go kart at the age of 7 in austalia its called cadets

to do proper karting in the Uk, at the moment the minimum 8 years old (or the year of the 8th birthday) and im not sure wheather theres a maximum age limit, i would think youd just have to be fit and healthy. :)

There are various classes in karting. For example Rotax Max:

Junior- 12-15 yr old

Senior max- 15-32

DD2- from 16.

You can race go-karting at any age, but you need to be fit and have enough weight for it.

you can be 7 and up to ride one in amuesment parks but in a club like a kids league probably 12 and up

It's usually a question of height at most theme parks/carnivals. 60 inches or taller should be acceptable anywhere.
