well it entirely depends on how you want to build it there are the basic lowriders, street lowriders, and show-lowriders if you are just wanting to put a basic hydraulic setup on your car you are easily looking at a good 3-4 thousand dollars but if you want to put some wire rims on it and a custom paint job and a better hydraulic system where it can actually bounce good then your looking at around 10,000 that depends on how your paint job is and what brand rims you want to put on your ride now there are the mad crazy lowriders that are even able to flip over while at shows im not entirely sure how much you can spend on this kind of setup but they are expensive!!

heres a list of the basic things you will need:

-Hydraulic Pumps

-Batteries

-hydraulic suspension

-Hydraulic switches (either a switch box OR you can have them put on near the steering wheel)

hope this helped out im planning on building a lowrider too so good luck on yours my dude IF your wanting to build one.
