In human years it is Rosalie, Emmett, Jasper, Alice, Edward. In vampire years it's Carlisle, Edward, Esme, Rosalie, Emmett, and Alice & Jasper joined the Cullen's after everyone else was created. I don't believe that the exact vampire age of Jasper is known and I don't currently remember the exact age of Alice. And in case you wanted to know, Edward has been alive for 108 years all together.
